Donut Sunday
Purpose/Mission
Help set up and serve donuts on the third Sunday of every month.
Facility Services
Carpenters, electricians, masons, plumbers, engineers and those with general maintenance skills are invaluable in providing their expertise from time to time to keep our buildings and grounds in good functioning order. If you can provide a service, we would like to hear from you.
Finance & Administration Commission
Purpose/Mission
The Finance Commission is an advisory group to the pastor made up of parish members that have the task of aiding the parish community in achieving their goals and objectives by making financial decisions.
Fundraising
Purpose/Mission
Our Golf Outing Committee raises money for special parish needs. Volunteer help is appreciated.
Gardening
The physical appearance of our facilities provides the first impression of our parish to its members and the community. A large portion of our parish grounds are comprised of planting beds and natural prairie areas. Our Gardening Ministers take care of these areas throughout the growing season.
Newcomers
Purpose/Mission
The Newcomers Ministry help welcome the new families into our parish community and introduce them to various facets of parish life.
Office Volunteers
From time to time, the pastoral center and faith formation staff needs volunteers to fold, staple and/or prepare bulk mailings and other office duties. Please contact the parish secretary if you are interested in helping.
Safety & Security Commission
The Safety and Security Commission has been established to ensure the safety of the parish, its members and facilities by establishing, enacting and maintaining an overall safety plan. The commission works closely with the pastor, Parish Pastoral Council and the other commissions to make sure we are prepared to deal as effectively as possible with any emergency situations that may arise. Stewardship Committee
Purpose/Mission
The Stewardship committee provides periodic reporting of our financial condition to all parishioners and make them aware of the financial needs of the parish; establishes an annual plan and strategy to increase financial giving of parishioners; conducts an annual campaign for increased financial support; and establishes and maintains contact with the leadership of ministries and commissions to determine volunteer needs.
